Viking Graben, Utsira High and Stord Basin Geopressure Studies
Viking Graben, Utsira High and Stord Basin Geopressure Studies
Maps of virgin aquifer overpressures across the central Norwegian North Sea from E&A wells, showing spatial variation in reservoir overpressure, with structural overpressure compartments interpreted where applicable.
Geopressure Maps are not integrated with fault maps, but there is an option to purchase complete integrated fault and geopressure maps with interpreted overpressure compartments guided by fault interpretation.
Utsira High Maps Package includes overpressure maps at the following levels:
1. Eocene (21 OPs from 14 wells)
2. Paleocene (76 OPs from 39 wells)
3. Cretaceous (8 OPs from 7 wells)
4. Upper Jurassic – Humber & Viking Gps (25 OPs from 20 wells)
5. Middle Jurassic – Vestland, Brent & Fladen Gps (140 OPs from 70 wells)
6. Lower Jurassic – Dunlin Group (24 OPs from 17 wells)
7. Triassic (59 OPs from 40 wells)
8. Permian (7 OPs from 5 wells)
9. Basement (7 OPs from 6 wells)
All wells with pressure data have been analysed by Stephen O’Connor and Guy Markham from Global Geopressure Advice and the interpreted overpressure has been integrated with fault maps.
The Geopressure Maps are delivered with fault polygons completed by ExploCrowd.
